Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed. Your time is important to me. I also understand that things happen and there can be unexpected issues that arise. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment in 12 hours of your appointment time or your deposit will not be able to be transferred to your new appointment.
If you are more then 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
No call no shows will be charged 30% of the service fee.
Deposit are non refundable.
